Declan Welsh & The Decadent West release their third studio album, 'Explicit Agitation', on February 12, 2027.

'Explicit Agitation' is their most ambitious record yet. It's a furious, state-of-the-nation address that aims its anger at those responsible for societal struggles, such as desindustrialised towns hollowed out by decades of neglect. But there's a humanity to the record too, with love, loneliness, lost faith and searching for self-awareness all emotionally charged topics that are innately connected to its political ire.
